A little about us...

Discovery Project Management (DPM) was founded in 2016 to provide professional advice across the broad spectrum of development project management. Our portfolio demonstrates how these skills have been exercised to facilitate prestigious individual developments through to multi-unit, multi-phase schemes.

After graduating with a degree in Rural Estate Management from Reading University, Nick went on to manage residential, commercial and agricultural property for both private and institutional clients. A love of property led him to complete an MSc in Project Management in the Built Environment at Oxford Brookes University.

Jack graduated with First-Class Honours in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Oxford Brookes University and has many years of expertise within the construction sector. His professional journey spans significant roles in hospitality, residential, and commercial developments, where he has consistently delivered projects on schedule, within budget, and to exacting standards.

Joint passion for the industry is embodied through a comprehensive knowledge of the property development lifecycle, observing where value can be added at every stage to ensure a successful project completion. Key understandings and processes have been refined and enriched through experience in projects that cross boundaries to encompass all development from concept to completion.

With over 25 years of experience, Nick and Jack, through partnerships with expert consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers, consistently provides the highest level of service, ensuring clients’ needs are always met and the project is delivered in a timely manner, to specification and on budget.

Through consistently delivering the highest standards across all contracts, Nick has been recognised through awards including NHBC Pride in the Job, NHBC Seal of Excellence and nomination for Sussex Heritage Trust Awards. Jack has had the privilege of managing prestigious projects such as the careful restoration of the iconic Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall, and overseeing a £7 million basement extension at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross.
