A development of 9 high quality detached and semi-detached houses delivered with quality, intricate construction details and exceptionally high environmental specifications achieved through the built form.
The site presented a number of project challenges including multiple direct neighbours, party wall agreements, council and parish stakeholders and the requirement for careful material delivery management due to storage constraints. Economic awareness in 2022/23 was necessary due to volatile market fluctuations at the time resulting in knock on effects on material costs, awareness of development finance and end user mortgage rates affecting programmed routes to market.
