A smaller than usual project for a client in a local village. The client was struggling to get local builders to commit to a project programme that worked around the family’s requirements to have the main house out of action for 2 specific weeks. Through careful management and procurement DPM started 3 months earlier than anyone could and completed ahead of time and within budget using the same sub-contractor management processes we would for larger projects.
