Following the acquisition of a former care home site for a private investment client, DPM are retained to manage the planning application process to change the use of the site to residential development within the South Downs National Park.

The process involves the tender, appointment and management of design team consultants, critical analysis of scheme designs, financial viability appraisal and submission of final design prior to decision to sell or build out.
