DPM were involved as project manager and QS based on site for the duration of the project and worked in close liaison with the construction team and sub-contractors through to project completion delivering, per the client’s wishes, which had the highest level of detail throughout.
 

With a large amount of material procurement being from abroad, detailed programme management was required to ensure continuity of work for all trades.
